The Lavna coal trans-shipment terminal is located on the west coast of the Kola Bay.
Morstroytechnology provided the detailed design documentation, and conducted both the engineering survey and technical assessment on tender proposals for the supply of machinery and technical equipment.
The detailed design documentation includes optimised solutions to increase fire safety, improve man-hour efficiency, and simplify access for equipment maintenance.
When construction is completed, the Lavna coal transshipment terminal will increase its turnover up to 18m tonnes per year and will be able to handle vessels with a DWT of up to 150 000 tonnes.
