The project for hydro-technical installations for the «Homar» marina for 500 yachts in Sochi’s Khostinsky district was carried out for MRK-Project LLC (Sochi).
The proposals were developed jointly with «MRK Project».
The artificial island will enable the creation of a modern leisure complex with residential buildings, hotels, shops, restaurants, yacht berths, car parking, a beach zone and other resort facilities.
