Head of the Department of Settlement and Estimates
In 1997 was graduated from Leningrad State University after Zhdanov (faculty of mechanic and mathematic).
Since 1996 to 2009 had worked in Lenmorniiproekt as an engineer, as an assistant of chief of department, and then – as a chief of department of economic and technology.
Specialization: development and protection of project's part «Cost estimate documentation» on the any stages of designing.
