A mineral deposit of federal importance that includes the Salmanovskoye (Utrennee) oil and gas condensate field located in the territory of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and the Gulf of Ob in the Kara Sea, for exploration and production of crude hydrocarbons (RF Government Decree #235-р of 16.02.2011).
Function of berths and operating period:
- off-loading of construction cargos – two berths for diesel fuel, one berth for kerosene;
- operating period – second half of July to September, approximately 70 days per year;
- total life cycle of the berths within the scope of the project – 25 years.

- Total length – 339m;
- Seabed level near the berths – 9.5 m (BES);
- Number of berths – three.
